Have you obtained an MPAN number?*
To enable us to progress your order we require your electricity MPAN number, this is a 13 digit number which can be found on your electricity bill. Without this we are unable to submit your application to the local electricity network operator in your area.
Once they have received our application, they will assess your property supply for suitability and issue UnitedEV with an approval certificate to allow for installation of the EV Charging equipment. Please be aware this process is outside the control of UnitedEV and therefore we cannot guarantee installation dates until approval is issued.
